公司介紹 // introduction

       上海嘉因生物科技有限公司是中國表觀遺傳學技術服務的領跑者,高新技術企業,同濟大學參股的校企,并于2015年掛牌博士后流動站。公司主打以ATAC-seq實驗和ChIP-seq實驗為主的高通量實驗業務 和表觀遺傳學生物信息學分析業務。公司目前已累計完成各類表觀遺傳學實驗2000余例,其中轉錄因子的ChIP-seq實驗成功率超過80%,組蛋白修飾的ChIP-seq成功率接近100%。      

      我們的核心成員來自哈佛大學、加州大學洛杉磯分校、清華大學、同濟大學等國內外知名學府。合作單位遍布全國,與國內許多院士級別,院長級別的實驗室建立了長期合作關系。截至2017年底,團隊核心成員已在國際頂尖學術期刊Nature, Cancer Cell, Cell Reports, Genome Research和Nucleic Acids Research上發表近20篇與表觀遺傳學有關的學術論文,總影響因子超過250分。
